Sempermom

The friendship of mothers is best realize as we pray for each other in the vocation we share. We are daughters of the New Eve. It is Mary who waits for us, journeys with us, cries with us, laughs with us, teaches us, and prays with us. As we retire in the evenings, may we find joy in knowing that, we may be someone's mother by day, but by night, we sleep in peace as her daughters, first.

Trinity
dedicated to all sempermoms who
wait each month for new life, and find
they are not with child.

The breath I draw
that forms this prayer
Be Yours tonight
Little else in me
so free to leave.
From deep within,
replace in me
the Breath of Life.
May others know You by
Your breath in me.
Glory be
To the Gentle Breeze
that carries us through time,
never to leave
our side...

The tears that flow
to cleanse my prayer
Be Yours tonight
Little else in me,
so pure or worthy.
Replace in me
the flowing waters from Your side.
May others know You by
the thirst in me.
Glory be done
to the Son
who carries the Cross through time
Never to leave,
our side....

The life I share
will be the prayer
I offer You tonight.
Little else to give,
but flesh and blood.
Replace my sin with the Life
Of Your Only Son
May others know You by
the Mercy You've given me.
Glory be offered
to the Father
who carried the Son through time
Never to leave
our side.
Three ways in One Love, to guide.

Search
I searched for You till You found me.
Traveling far, to where You are.
I sought You there near the ocean.
Greater than any distance between us.
I sought You there in these waters
and found You in the waters
flowing from Your side.
Knowing now,
I need not ever leave Your side.

I searched for You till You found me.
Seeking light throughout the night.
I sought You in the sunrise,
brilliant light warming life surrounding me.
I sought You there in its flaming glow
And found You in the patient spark
That burns within my soul
Knowing now
Your Love burns brightly in my soul.

I searched for You till You found me.
Being there, where faith is shared.
I sought You there in the Temple.
Spoken prayer where many share
and gather in Your name.
I sought You there in Your glory
and found You there in glory
In the humble Living Bread of Life.
Knowing now,
Your Love dwells in the Bread of Life.

I searched for You till You found me.
Seeking peace in the Gentle Breeze.
I sought You there in the forest.
Seeing trees, moving free in the gentle breeze.
I sought You there in this guiding breeze
and found You in the Breath that brings
the gentle Whispers to my heart.
Knowing now,
Your Peace guides the Whispers of my heart.
Knowing now,
Your Love was never very far.

Star of the 'Sea of Mercy'

She unites with the spirit
bringing Mercy to Earth.
She is witness as Jesus
ascends to the Father.
She is left at that moment
with His Merciful Heart,
forever pierced and flowing.
She calls us to take part.

Flow into the Ocean of Mercy
Draw from the Fountain of Love
His Blood and His Water flow freely
Partake in this Sacrament of Love.

She knows of the sorrow of losing a son.
She knows of the comfort from His Heart that lives on.
The Sacred Heart of her Son,
is a place for all to come.
Over flowing in friendship,
with gifts He awaits.

Flow into the Ocean of Mercy.
Draw from the Fountain of Love.
His Blood and His Water flow freely.
Partake in this Sacrament of Love.

The 'star of the sea'
bearing light below.
An 'ocean of love' reflecting her glow
Her light illuminates
when our souls become faint.
To draw from the sea
is where she will lead.

Flow into the 'Ocean of Mercy'.
Draw from the 'Fountain of Love'.
His Blood and His Water flow freely.
Partake in this Sacrament of Love.

To draw from the Sea is where she will lead.
